Mission: New Member Orientation is designed to welcome, encourage, and assimilate new members into the universal body of Christ, in general, and specifically into the local body of GTMBC. We are committed to equipping believers with basic foundational teaching that will serve as a catalyst for a lifestyle of Chrisitian discipleship
Ministry Requirements: We ask that all new members attend and participate in each of the 9 lessons consisting of the following: the five-fold assurance of believers, discovering your spiritual gifts, the importance and purpose of giving, and the direction and vision of GTMBC

Mission: To reproduce Christ-like living by providing Biblical instruction and personal modeling

Ministry Requirements: To be a discipler, you must have completed One-on-One Discipleship; To be discipled, you must be FAT ~ Faithful (under authority), Available (willingness to make sacrifices for Christ), and Teachable (having a spirit of humility that yields to instruction)

- Stewardship (Benevolence and Budgeting)
Mission: The Stewardship ministry has a spiritual obligation to minister to the "whole" person. Armed with knowledge and resources, the ministry realizes that God wants us to be successful in all areas of life
Ministry Requirements: Be a member of GTMBC, a tither, attend services regularly, attend monthly meetings, be compassionate, and respect confidential information
